The USB485D is a USB port powered USB to RS485 bidirectional converter. Now-a- days most desktop computers and Laptops provide USB port instead of RS232 COM port. The USB485D provides solution to this problem. Its USB port is connected to computer and RS485 port to the field device. This converter is designed for Industrial application. The USB485D provides isolation between USB and RS485 ports.
